The Northern Lights Tea Company cannot accept returns of any tea if the packaging has been opened.
If you are not satisfied with any non-tea item, please contact us within 2 weeks after the purchase date for authorization. We will replace it or refund your money. Any damage claim must be reported within 3 days after you have received your package.
All returns must be prepaid and shipped via USPS Parcel Post. If you return the product, it must be in the original package. If you don't want to make an exchange, we will refund the amount of the item to your credit card.
